I just now removed 4.06 exe from Hoster file and reinstalled and that fixed that...Everything seems to be working fine except I can't make the screen small enough to fit the monitor. You can see the singer/song at the bottom but none of the marquee at the top. I've gone into properties/settings and changed resolution to 1024x768 which is the best I can do. Don't know what to do next...as an afterthought I did have 4.03 on the old HD I had backed up in Aug. of this year and got to work fine and was able to view entire sceen after a little work. But that HD has not been updated to latest windows stuff either. Ideas??????

Well I had for a second...I changed to 16bit then hoster closed due to some error and it was gone again. I went into the ATI advanced settings Catlyst and worked on the monitor settings too. It's got to be something along those lines because i had it right for a minute...I'll be out till later this afternoon and check back for ideas....Thanks to all for the help...amazing what Great bunch of folks you are.

I would go to Tools/Options and reset the display. Then Drag the display over to the second monitor and manually resize. That is the way I do it because I have it connected to 6 different and rather old televisons.
