If you are referring to your other thread then I did respond and gave you a couple of suggestions of what to do. If you are referring to a ticket on the subject submitted to MTU then I retract this.
By password I am guessing you are referring to the registration code. What the message is telling you is that the email address you put in is not the one you used to purchase Hoster. Go to your account on the MTU web page and look at the purchase informatiopn to verify you have entered the email address exactly as it is listed there.

MTU has only one Support Tech and the delay on ticket responses has been running at least a week. Did you get the auto-response email back? If not then you email program is blocking their emails.
As far as the problem goes make sure you have done all of the required changes and updates to your Vista so that it will behave. If so go to Tools/Options and click the Reset Displays button. That will clear all location points.
When you lost it from the second screen did you also lose the background screen or just the Hoster screen?

Problem one -
Did you buy a Full Hoster ($229) or Hoster Lite ($98)? The Full version can be installed on two computers but the Lite can only be installed on one.

Did you reset the displays?
Have you tried to increase the size or move it? If you can do that then you can drag it to the second screen and resize it to fit. You may even be able to double click on it on the second screen and have it go full size.

Cannot install Hoster WHY??????????

I asked mid week the week prior for help solving this issue and the issue is still not resolved. I have a computer that I can not use until Hoster is installed and I have still don't have an answer I paid for the $229 install and have not been able to install Hoster on my second computer.

I have been trying to install Hoster on a laptop with windows xp and got to the part where you type the password in and am stopped there by a message stating this email address may have been updated or not registed to this... I purchased the laptop to use and can do nothing with it until Hoster is installed. Please respond

The only way you will get that is if the email address is wrong or the registration code is wrong.
Try starting the install until you get to the point for entering these items. Then opening your account on MTU's web site, open the order, find the registration code, highlight it and copy it, then paste it into the correct block. Do the same thing with the email address.

You can not resize the preview (computer) display until you double click on the SHOW Button, click on the PREVIEW tab then check the UNDOCK AND RESIZE DISPLAY option, Then click APPLY tab. Restart HOSTER and this should correct problem and preview screen can be resized.
