Our goal is to add the Import Tracks support into Hoster to import VCD and DVD tracks as files, and index them into the Songs Database. This also "should" be able to support importing SCDG disc tracks directly from the SCDG discs. We'll still have to convert their MPG format into MP3+G, but we can do it.

We think everyone would appreciate putting your VCD or DVD discs into your Hoster CDROM drive, and import them into the Songs Database? Right? OK!

Thanks Admin for updating us on this feature. This is EXCITING news and I am sure will be worth the wait. Will this be part of 4.1 that is expected in early 2009? or could it be sooner?

I also hope you will be able to read my posts about how different versions of Hoster will play Videos either with or without vocals (while waiting on the MUX to be fixed).
