Does it load in safe mode? If so it may be a driver issue. The best thing to do is to call MS support for SP3.

wont load in any mode, which one of the drivers you think may be causing this ? but anyway thanks for the suggestion, but for right now i'll stick with the old version, ( need to work on it later, right now i have to stocked up on bottled water we're under storm watch " welcome to south fla. " )
