Hoster 4.02 Crashes

Sometimes it will crash if I hit the skip button then try to play the next song. There does not seem to be any specific reason, seems to be more random. Right now I have 13 songs qued up and set on auto, it might crash on the first song or the third song. I just cannot pinpoint any one thing.
Running Visa
Dell 1720 Laptop
After fooling around with 4.02 for three days now I am unable to determine any one thing that is causing 4.02 to crash.

As an example I have 20 songs loaded and playing on auto. It may play 4-5 songs then crash or it might crash on the very first song. If I restart Hoster and go back and try to play that same song that it crashed on it may play it or it may crash again. I have been able to get up to about 10 songs being played at the most without crashing.

I double checked all my drivers to make sure they were up to date. My video and sound drivers were out of date but when I updated the sound card driver my kma songs played choppy. I had to revert back to the old sound card driver.

Can I install 3.321 back on this machine and leave 4.02 on it too or should I just dump 4.02 until the bugs are worked out?

Why not save yourself all the trouble and use the 3.4 you already have that is included with 4.0x. It is the file C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Hoster34.exe. Create a shortcut to it and put it on your desktop. Your good to go and don't have to go through all that trouble.

Sweet, I did not know that. Is the songbook and the book id's going to be the same for both versions?

Well you are right, 3.4 works fine but 4.02 just crashes over and over. Thanks so much for the tip, at least now I can do a show.
