What version of KHPro?
In a very early version of KHPro, we discovered that some CDG players would not play the created CDG songs. This was due to an identified "anomolie" that we fixed in a later release.
Since you have been using KHPro for some time, you may have created the songs "that won't play" with the early version. There is no simple way to go back and fix these songs. Try songs produced with 3.100 version and post back here if they create any problems on the JVC.
