Hoster goes to black screen when song is played

I loaded Hoster on a new lap computer-Vista (2nd One). It loaded fine and the program comes up when started. However, when I load a song into its memory and then click to play it, the screen goes black and a clicking sound is made. I need to exit the program to get out of it. I have downloaded all the new windows upgrades and reloaded the program, and it still does not work. I had vista on my old lap, and it work fine. Any ideas?

in the micro folder is version 3.4 that works fine with vista
