If it's a single TV I'd be tempted to try useing a signal amplifier and RCA cable, just because it's pliable and easy to work with.
Otherwise I'd go with good quality coax and an RF modulator and signal amplifier(if the modulator by itself amplifies the signal it is goint to be very minimal). I think RG59 is home use stuff which I would avoid. RG6 is the stuff cable and satellite TV companies use, This would be a better choice. -IMHO-
