That will depend on what format you used to back them up and what naming convention you used to save them with.
As long as they have the DiskID-Track in the name they should import just fine. Another way to get them into Hoster would be to use Songverter and convert them to KMA files, copy them where you need them and Merge the Database to bring them into the list.
