I use a rack mount computer that MTU built and it's rock solid. Four years, four to five nights a weeks with not one problem.
I would think that MTU had a reason for charging the extra $600 you speak of. Based on my experience with MTU built products, if it was not worth the money MTU would not have it available. I Hope This Helps! Jim
