If you read the entire FAQ that they listed:
http://mtu.com/kb/index.php?action=kb&article=43 The links in your store account expire in 30 days. But the FAQ lists links to each program's download point. However, if your order date is correct and you haven't upgraded since then, my guess is you will have to purchase the upgrades since all of the programs have undergone major changes.
