cannot install vogone

I am confused. Did you download the installation program to your Desktop? That is the only way I am aware you may see an "icon" for the installation program.

Please use either "My Computer" or "Explorer" and search for and locate the filename:

vogone3104setup.exe

or

vogonelite3104setup.exe


depending on which you ordered.

When you find it, double click the filename to install it. Then, if you see any problems, please tell us the last panel you see, and any error message text, while installing.

We will be glad to help, but we must have facts from you to understand what is going wrong.
