no connection.
Recomended Microstudio to a friend last night. Bought it and tried to install. same problem as others "too busy". Tried to install on one of my own computers and now it wants to intall using floppy disc, like i don't have an internet connection "but I do". Continued with floppy and moved to another computer to get activation and said "computer was unable to connect to the internet" It is connected. Don't know if any of this will help, but sure would like to get it installed.

Cannot Register BAD for show today !
I have been trying all day to register cannot connect. I have a full highspeed connection. I have a show today and in a jamm
 When will this corrected it sure looks like this has been going on for a long time please tell of a fix or work around.

Got The Answer
 TURN OFF ALL VIRUS PROGRAMS FIREWALLS ESPECIALLY NORTON, AND WINDOWS DEFENDER AND IT WILL WORK ........
