You are lucky to be working as close to home as you do. That would be a great perk. I wouldnt know what to do with myself if I only had a 5-10 minute commute, LOL!
Yesterday marked my 8th anniversary in business. That is a lot of mileage under the belt!! I could work closer, but I drive to where the money is. I have my eyes open in my immediate area in the event I get an opening. One downside is that the commute dictates that I have a large enough vehicle to carry redundant gear. I always wonder how guys can show up in small cars and carry a real pro PA and spare stuff, LOL! I drive a full size Chevy Van so everything I need is just a footstep away when the glitch happens.
