What slot is your PCI Krystal card in on your motherboard and what does the bios say in relation to the irq for that slot?
00 is not an acceptable interupt for Krystal. It looks like you need to set that slot to reserve a specific interupt in your Bios to resolve the problem. If your bios doesn't allow that, it may allow you to set a priority of free interupts ie 10 ,11, 9, 5.
How comfortable are you setting bios information? Let me know I will try to help. You need to resolve this befor we dicuss transfer speed.
