vista and mtu

i get the message when i try to ibstall from my account
but you have not explained how i can upgrade when i cant install my mtu
or keyriteon my pc. dont know how you figured ive in stall on two copmputers ive only one desktop and one laptop.can you tell me in detail how i can install on vista thanks
