I have been doing quite a bit of research on Microsoft's forums and I keep seeing a recurring question in regards to running an executable/program. This is to right click on file and go to properties. run the program in a Windows XP(SP2) compatability mode and run the program as an administrator. I know some have tried the first but has anyone tried the second? I don't have Vista so am not exactly sure where you find this control, so if someone else could post specific directions that would help.

It appears Microsoft has decided to restrict even "administrators" to running as a normal user unless administrator rights are needed and then you have to set that.

Great News!!!

We found the problem. It is NOT in Vista at all, but rather the new Laptops have changed. We found the exact cause (always a welcome relief ), and fixed it late yesterday. It is installing on all our inhouse Laptops ordered, and they will ship today.

We will release Hoster 3.316 by 5:00PM today.

Great Work!!!! I will try on my system tonight and post results. Thanks for all your work on this. I am assuming of course that if we got a 3.315 email we will get an email with a download link for this.

Installed without a hitch. Everything seems to be working fine at this point. Once again...GREAT WORK MTU!!!

We'd like to hear from everyone in this Thread who had a problem with 3.315. Did 3.316 fix it for you?
