Billyo, saving the download link will not do any good. You need to actually download the file and save it to a safe location.

Ok I did this

Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types and Hide protected operating system files

C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster folder and delete contents

HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster and I delete that key

Left click the Start Menu and click Run.
Type in regedit and click OK or Open.
Go to the very top of the Registry Editor. It you already see the Registry Keys expanded below, skip this step and go to the next step. Click the + beside My Computer.
Click the + Beside HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Click the + beside SOFTWARE
Click the + beside Micro Technology Unlimited
Click the + beside Hoster
Click Default to select it. WARNING! Be VERY careful to have this exact location selected. If not and you proceed, you could damage your Windows installation, requiring it to be re-installed to fix it. BE VERY CAREFUL! With Default selected, press the Delete Key Click Yes when it asks you if you are sure.
Click the X in the Top Right corner to close the Registry Editor.
Open Hoster. It will be as if you started from scratch.

Thin I tryed to reinstall and it says that it did reinstall but I look in the Hoster folder and theres nothing in there

The CD I have is 3.120 Hostersetup.exe

When Hoster installs it creates a shortcut icon on the desktop. It this there? If so right click on it, go to properties (bottom of list) and look at the "Target". What does it say in that block?
Click ok. Then double click on the icon. Does Hoster open up?

No its not there anymore That was my Ordinal problem I was geting a "Hoster.exe - Ordinal Not Found"

So I went to my c:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster folder
And it wasnt there that was my first post on this problem

when I Start\Settungs\Control Panel\Add\RemovePrograms\Hoster

It wont let me remove All of Hoster I get a 5001 : 0x3e6 error
error code: -5001

And now the short cut is gone

And every thing in the C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster is gone to

So I think I need to remove all of Hoster and start all over I`veGot all my songs back up but I dont know how to redo Hoster with out a windows reboot ??

Are you running this computer as an administrator or a user? It sounds like you don't have enough permissions to do anything.

Have you not rebooted/restarted the computer during all of this? When you do a full install it requires a restart to complete it.

I might add that you really should purchase an upgrade (unless you meant to type 3.312 then it is free) because the version you have is way behind a lot of advances that MTU has made to make Hoster work better.
