Thanks for all info. I removed the program and re-installed it and then went to the reg and deleted the info MTU advised in a previous post. Now all works well. I now have 5,000 files installed and more coming. Thanks. I also installed a program called Ultramon and my laptop now has full dual capabilities. Thanks again Alan
