Hoster screen flashing on & off with 3.313

I use an lcd for singers; also send signal out to big regular TV up and behind me for crowd. It does not , so far, seem to effect either. It is only showing up on the laptop it self.

My wife who goes to the shows with me, did say one night that something seemed to happen to the words on the screen, (disappeared) but by the time I looked up it had quit. So it is possible that once in awhile it is affecting the singers monitor also.
