Hey Billyo,
The disc I was talking about was SGB10, had it about the same time as you, from Doowop.
Just checked SGB29. It has 17 tracks.
No 16 is listed as "Let's Make Love" No 17 is "Unlisted" , in the Hoster database, but is, in fact, another copy of "Let's Make Love".
The CD label only lists 16 numbers.
If they did go bust, no one needs to wonder why
Regards from across the pond.

well i guessed all our sgb's are copies ( wonder who's got the original copies )..i think the reason why our cdg's ( sgb's ) has diff. songs on them was not to violate the copy righted laws..they have to add songs here and there..oh well..

Hey billyo,
Can't see any reason why they would bother about copyright, they seem to have been a "fly by night" organization.
I have a small set of Music Maestro discs "Hollywood to Broadway" which won't play on any karaoke, DVD or CD player, which I had to duplicate on the computer.
The copies play fine on any machine.
The originals were all bought from a reputable firm, so I believe there is a lot of illegal stuff going on and even the reputable firms are either being taken in or in cahoots.
This again raises the question "What the hell is legal in the karaoke world, and how do you check"?
Regards from across the pond.
