Hello Brian,
I am referring to the small pop up window that happens when you click on "CDG" then enter the "track number" and "singers name" and "title of the song" then click "add track", what has happened in the past a small pop up window would come up saying "reading disk" then say "Writing KMA File" with a progress bar and a cancel button underneath. Now all that shows up is a small pop up window that says “importing track X” and its not even a window, it is more just a title bar with the window missing. I hope that I am clear on this. I am not sure how else to explain it. This happens when I import a song from a customer’s Karaoke disk during a show to add it to the play list. I have not tried the import of HDD files or disks to my data base yet.
Thanks
Cruz

This is definately not normal. I'd try reinstalling and see if that fixes it.
