Bryan,
Even though the database files are Access 97 versions could something in the ODBC call part of the program have changed due to the upgrading to newer Visual Studio for compiling? This should be an isolated problem since very few people still use Office 97. Dave, You might check with Microsoft web site to see if they have updated ODBC compatible with Office 97. I can't help wondering since you say this is your show machine what you use Office 97 for?
