Can't Read Graphics on NuTECH CDG's

We started the project to rewrite our player code from the ground up. The problems with Nutech, Nikkodo, and a few rare discs will be fixed.

I don't have a time frame yet on what we must do or how long it will take. We have built an evaluation tool that will allow us to see what is different with these discs, and solve it.

I have created an entry in the News page showing that we are working on this problem for Microstudio. I also have updated the current "intended" upgrades for Microstudio 2.316.
