Yes you miss something there is an upgrade for payment but I already paid for upgrade 3.300 and what I ment was there is no place to upgrade 3.301 for those who have purchased already.

I'm trying to follow this. What is it they are trying to fix? The upgrade? Or the upgrade fee? I went ahead and paid for the upgrade from 3.3 to 3.301, then tried to internet download. It doesn't seem to quite complete. When I log back in, it still says it is 3.3, and I do not notice anything different. And, what is the upgrade supposed to do?

Not sure of what you are saying. Are you saying the download stops before it is complete?
3.301 is not a patch or plug in that you can download and it will start working automaticly. It has to be installed just like 3.3 was and infact it will require you to uninstall first and then reinstall while connected to the internet (make sure you set a restore point before doing this and make sure you don't do it on a show day - just in case...)

Hi Sam, what I am saying is that last night, I read about the 3.301 upgrade. I purchased it, downloaded to disc, and tried to upgrade. When it says it is complete, it still says 3.3, and I see no difference. Plus, some of the replies to my questions were sent to me via junk mail; so I read them after sending my questions. I assume, from the email from Doug, that since I already purchased the 3.3 upgrade, I'm not being charged for the 3.301 upgrade? Also, I will try after dinner to complete my upgrade. I purchased the 3.3 upgrade discs, will I still need to un-install....do a restore point, even if i have the 3.3 upgrade discs? I appreciate your help and replies. Daryl

If the file is labeled 3300setup.exe then it's the one you already have installed. The upgrade install file should read 3301setup.exe. and it should require you to uninstall (let it do it, don't use "add/remove programs" or you will have to re-enter all you registration information again.) and then either connect to the internet or use the floppy disk/usb memory stick to reinstall.
The reason I suggest setting a restore point is that when you are messing with your bread and butter you want as big of a safety margin you can get in case the registration process comes back "already installed on 2 computers". The restore point has saved my backside a couple of times. They loosened things up a little starting with 3.3 so it should be much less likely to occur but hey why take unnecessary chances?

I hope this answers your questions
BTW I sent you some mail
Sam
