Cool hoster reinstall issues after windows recovery

HELP! I recently had to run windows recovery on my hard drive (C). Here is the problem. I still have Hoster and Microstudio on my machine because they were installed on another internal hard drive (F). Hoster and Microstudio won't run without reinstalling them. But Windows is not putting them on the add and remove programs list. My plan is to copy the folder "songs" from F: microstudio to desktop (C) then reformat (F) then reinstall Hoster and retrieve the songs folder from desktop on (C) paste it in microstudio on (F) anr rebuild the songs database and songbook files. I realy want to avoid reimporting over 300 disks. Do you think this will work ? Do you foresee any problems?

what version of hoster are you running ?

if you have a back up of your files, you wont have to re-import

I have about 5,500 KMA files and while I have all of the disks. It would be a lot of trouble to load them again, also I was reading some other posts and I am now wondering if I can upgrade to the newest version without reinstalling 2.215 and still retain the songs file as it is right now.

drag and drop them (your kma's) to another hard drive !!!!

you can even network them to another computer !

you should have done this long ago !

the one thing we talk about the most here is backing up !
