Windows file missing when rebooted

There is no way that any of our software could have affected this file.

If you do a search in Google you will get these Search Results on the File

The file is for Infra red or Bluetooth. Here is what I copied and pasted from one of the links that came up in Google.

Plenty about it on Google. Its apparently to do with one of the windows updates. It is associated with the IR (Infra Red) or Bluetooth drivers, and the .cpl means its to do with the control panel applet.

One suggestion was to edit the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run
right click on BluetoothAuthenticationAgent in right pane and select delete
(ignore any extra space put in by the forum software in "Run")

Your own risk, but read up on the problems others are having, there may be other solutions.
