Had to wipe PC, Need to REDOWNLOAD

I come to you once again to ask you to reset my download as I have had another PC Problem that required removal of all programs on the hard drive. I can't be without any of my machines for very long as I do many shows a week.

The HOSTER program is the best I have found anywhere for the money, however the fact that I have to ask permission to be able to reload what I have paid money for is a great hassle.

Please let me know as soon as possible when I can reload HOSTER

Thanks, "RonB"

RonB,
I have no Information as to who you are. Your email that you are Registered in the Forums under is not the same one that you had used to place the order, so there are no orders under this Email.

I need the Information that you used when you purchased the software to beable to do anything for you.

You should be able to load it again anyway. You can put it on 2 systems. One for backup. Then once they reset your reg. you will still have 1 more install.

Ron,
I have fixed this. You need to make sure that you are using the correct RegCode also, so if one gives you a problem then you will need to try tyour other code.
