In my case, the drive was internal in a Shuttle computer in one instance, and USB in the second instance which occured on my laptop. In both instances after updating to 3.10, the porgrams initially worked with the plextors drives, then upon shutting down the computer, and restarting, neither would even see the drives in the detect drives tool, let alone allow it's use for playing CDG's. I reinstalled hoster on my shuttle last night, and all is well again.
 Also in both instances when all my MTU products stopped seeing the drives, Windows media player, napster, and iTunes all continued to recognise and play and upload disc with the drive, so I'm leary of the theory of firmware or OS problems or updates.

That is just about what happened to me. Mine was also on a Shuttle. After I reinstalled Hoster it worked fine.

Something damaged your ASPI driver. Just reinstall Hoster 3.110 again using Upgrade and it should fix the problem.
