the older version will not except mp3g that is in my E drive and thats where all my music is...I need this to be able to work...at my job....support isn't giving me any help, I know they are busy people but how long does it take to reset a download??

I hope so, earlier I cried.........if my husband finds out...I spent all that money and it won't work....he'll have a cow.
