The question you asked that I have snipped from your post for security reasons is not the problem. Please read your email instructions from us carefully. You must enter the exact email address that is on that document, and make sure there are no leading or trailing blank spaces or tab characters. Many folks have multiple email addresses. Maybe that is the problem? You must enter the one in designated in the email we sent.
