Re: I Need Help!!!!!!!!

It answered the questions fine.

Is the CDG reader external?
If it is, does it connect via USB?
Laptop or desk top?
Operating system? XP?
Processor speed?
Ram?
What kind of sound device?
Seperate sound card?
Sound card on the motherboard?

Re: I Need Help!!!!!!!!

Do you think that your Plextor may have gone bad?

There is another thread, dated March 1, 2005,

http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?...hlight=plextor

that talks about a Plextor 708A going bad. I realize that this is not the same drive that you have but the 708A has DVD capabilities like your drive.

Sometimes I think that these DVD capable drives are too sensitive as compared to non-DVD CD Drives.

Just a thought,

Norm
