Ah yes this is what i was planning on doing to solve this problem from reoccuring but first i need dave or doug to reset my desktop reg so i can install. I no they are not open 24/7 but i have e-mailed a few times with no reply. Are they still on holiday? as it is a bank holiday weekend.

p.s. do you know if theres any news on the on the inclusion of the online database updates yet?

i cant wait for the database to update, so i manually type mine in!

although this was talked about some time ago, i havent heard anything about it lately.
