go to older ver
can i go back to last ver. micro stu. ( because it let me make cdgs on my laptop (dell inspiron 1100) not real good but could see them at least) in using 2.609 now not sure witch ver used last!

Sorry, but I don't understand what you are asking overall.
 If you have the download installation file for the prior version, you can reinstall it again. You will need to select the REMOVE option when you try to install it, then after it removes the 2.609 version that was installed, you can then install the older version again.
