I sent this to that Email address earlier today. Your problem is that on both orders you typed in your Email Incorrectly, this is why you didn't recieve it. Did you not get the Email from me earlier? I am going to send it to you again, so you should now have 2 copies of the same email from Support.

i have not used mp3-g format yet. but i dont think you have to convert them. i will mess around with it this week and get back to you.
