I never use the dual digits below 10, and never have seen this problem.
Simply use 1,2,3,4,etc. through 9. I believe this would rerlate to the windows numeric system, not any bug in Microstudio. Not that I can't be wrong, just my guess. Never seen the dual digit's below 10 on any commercial cassette or cd contents listing either. Maybe that's the reason these days, since everything's computerized. George

This is a bug in the Microsoft operating system, when you add tracks. The way to get around it is to select the files from 20 up to 1, then it will process correctly.
