Did you copy/paste from your email download instructions or typing them in?

Yes. I did send them all the codes and order History info. I still have not heard anything so I sent them again tonight.

I typed in the codes because the computer I used to retrieve the email was not the same on that has the Hoster Software. I did wonder if I had made an error on typing the codes in (typing is not a strong point for me!)

I did recheck them several times-- and it still didn't work.

I created a word doc on the Hoster Computer and tried to cut and paste from it as well...

Nothing seems to work.

Maybe it is the full moon!?
