did your window disappear in the same way that ours did?

We were both trying to resize the window when it went away. Was your window showing correctly before it went away? If it was not, be sure that the SND Button is green.

I moved the window to the bottom of the page and it just rolled on off the bottom. Yes the send button is Green and I have shut down restarted and turned the window on and of and on again, still nothing.

I have not installed the Dual Video card yet, I am just loading on songs and checking how things are running. The Singers Names Window showed up at first and then as I said when moving it down to the bottom of the screen to get it out of the way for a bit it just fell of the edge of the earth.
Really like the Program though, it should really cut down on time and disc handling, making it easier to run the show.

A couple of thoughts:
Try moving your cursor below screen level and try grabbing it with your mouse.

Try changing your screen size (smaller- i think) . That might make it visible.

I've had to do both these at times to pull back icons that got pushed off my desktop.

mindonstrike I have tried these things already and so far no go. It seems the singers window has fallen into the Digital Abyss.

Just Went back and for grins and giggles tried deleting everything in the Default folder as was laid out in the dirrections. This time it wiped out everything and I had to rebuild database, now I have My Window Back.

I had the disapearing singers window problem too, I did the regedit thing which seemed to take care of the problem. After a week I just turned my computer on, the window is there, but no matter what I do, there is not text (Song or Singer) I've run my show a couple of times without problem, but without a singer window. I'd kinda like to have it back. Any suggestions?

I lost my window a fortnight ago and have tried everything including Regedit, but nothing brings the window back. Decided to wait until Hoster 3.0 arrived as admin had stated that the Preview Window, Singer Names Display and Singers Display have minimum sized height and width parameters, to stop them shrinking to "non-selectable". And guess what - my window is still missing. Any more ideas.
