buying MTU's laptop!

hi,
just bought hoster not to long ago just the program to work on my Presario 2100 laptop...well im having a lot of problems it just too much...what i'm wondering is im thinking im going to buy your hoster laptop station but I don't want to waste the money i used to buy the program for my laptop. Do you know if there is a way if I buy your laptop station if i would have to buy another program...cuzz if i don't im going to buy mtu's laptop as soon as possible!

what version of windows ?


do you have all windows updates ? including sp2?

does your laptop have dual display ?

My laptop has windows xp 40 hard drive, also i have a 200 gig external had drive and a PX-708UF Plextor writer. Now What i think is messing everything up is cuzz i figured out this does not have a USB 2.0 but i bought a 2.0 USB hub but can only run one thing off the hub such as my writer other wise it lockes my computer up....i've tried every help there is...i'm just done messing around! I want to make sure everything is going to work right thats why im considering in buying mtu laptop with everything in it and i don't have have to problems with it i know there might be a few cuzz i've read through all the replys but better then what im dealing with...! Im just sick of messing with the stuff!

I asked this before but i kinda didn't explain it right...well i bought the hoster program and put it on my home laptop but I'm not satified and I want to buy the mtu's laptop so i know i won't have any problems but i don't to pay for the hoster program agian!!! So I want to take the hoster program off my home laptop and buy the mtu lptop without paying for the program again..see!

We're more than willing to accomodate your request. When you order the Laptop, we will reduce the price by what you paid for the software, and then install your existing Hoster Registration Code on your new laptop.

You will need to run the Hoster installation program on your laptop and select the REMOVE option (versus UPGRADE) when it appears. This will allow us to install Hoster on your new Laptop.

When you order (919-870-0344 x201), please tell Douglas what your sales order number for the Hoster you bought. He can then work with the others at MTU responsible to make this happen without any concerns for you.

We think this is a good move for you. Our Laptop model is engineered for hosting Karaoke shows.

ya, i want to make sure i can burn cdg in good quality! I downloaded the microstudio and it says my writer should work its a PX-708UF Plextor. Plus like i said before my 2.0 bus only lets me use one thing on it do you know why? Am i doing something wrong?

Very worth it! You will find that it is far superior to most anything you can purchase in a store. More industrialized and reliable in my opinion.

It's possible we can deduct the cost of the external writer as well since you already have one, call me and we can get you that bottom line!

hi,
ok I just got a shuttle and put my version of hoster which is 2.215 on it and I am having problems with the graphice being really really slow and so i downloaded the 3.0 hoster demo and tried it and it is doing the same thing!! The graphics are so slow that it it like min. off....What do I need to do to make it work right? Do I need A better graphics card?

ok, i updated my drivers and now it's working better but have I have another Q. I can't get my dual display to work. It's mirroring the desktop though on a tv so does that mean it has a dual display card?? And I didn't find no manual about a display card so what do you think??

I have merge 4 of littlekjgirl's threads into this one as they were all related. I'm sorry you chose to buy a Shuttle, not an MTU computer. Now you are discovering why we offer fully integrated computers.

As I posted in your newest thread, the S3 video card will NOT work to our knowledge and testing.
