Re: Can't prepare songbook!

Mike and Larry, please post your computer configurations, especially your windows version and, if you can remember, a crude estimate of when you last updated Windows.

Since 2 of you are seeing this, there may be a bug that got through our testing.

We'll look at it immediately!

Re: Can't prepare songbook!

Ok here is what I found I did wrong it was nothing to do with win xp sp2 the program was looking for the songs and I had pointed it in the direction of the songlist not the actual songs themselves ie songlist is in c:hoster etc whereas my actual KMA files are on D: drive, I therefore changed it to look at D drive to build database and prepare songbook hey presto no problem sorted. It still made a backup in Songlist.
Try this LT point the build datbase to where the actual KMA files are you should be sorted then

Re: Can't prepare songbook!

when you go to the Tools menu , Build Songs Database command dialog box, make sure that you have listed the correct drive in the box. You can make multiple entries here if you have KMA files on various drives/folders. There is no expansion of sub-folders under a folder. Each sub-folder must be listed.
