Re: Problems with newer PHM's/2.209

Actually, every PHM disc that has a video fade in/fade out with audio at the same time, has this issue for me. That totals about 40 discs, which are over 50% of the songs played at one venue that we do.

People always sing the PHM stuff. Bought THM this month, don't mind it at all (or, at least the Rock stuff I've heard), so I'm switching over for the time being.

Wink Re: Problems with newer PHM's/2.209

tymzend has a good point, not to mention, you don't want to tell your regulars that bring their own PHM disc, that you don't want to play their song becasue the audio drops out. IMO their qualtiy is not bad, and they often put out new releases a week or two before anyone else. You could start the old quality debate issue about one label verses another, but in the end, folks want to sing the version they are used to, (they seldom know or care if it is the most accurate or best version or not). I haven't sopped using the program, but I do use the disc player in my rack now for these, and a few other disc with the same issues.

Re: Problems with newer PHM's/2.209

Same for me. I still use my CDG player for PHM stuff, unless the singer doesn't care (which has only happened twice). It's an inconvenience, but it's not the end of the world. Still will be glad when it's fixed.
