Re: Re-installing on second computer after formatting

I know, this has nothing to do with installing, but you need to upgrade to direct x 9.0b. you are running an old version. you also might do all the windows updates.

ADMIN<
If this seems to be a problem with the processor speed changing, I have seen this before om my laptop. It will vary between 600-2000 mhz.

Re: Re-installing on second computer after formatting

Once you get it running, you might think about doing a backup image of the harddrive with norton Ghost 2003. it will save you all these headaches, and the reformatting formats when you either get a virus, or crash. only takes about 15 mins to me back up and running.

I'm sure MTU will get back with you when the get in the office.

Re: Re-installing on second computer after formatting

Nathan,
Did you run all of the Windows Updates also? It looks as if you don't have Service Pack 1 installed for XP on your laptop, this is needed for the software to work correctly.

I would make sure that you run all of the Windows Updates, to see if that will help.

I am not sure what is causing your code to tell you that it is already Registered on 2 computers. Once you have done this, reinstall the software again and see if it works.
