Angry System cannot find khpro1115'

Brian, you are correct, of course.
I cannot retrieve a cdg from file to khpro1115
click to retrieve produces message "cannot find khpro1115exe'"
When I reinstalled program it moves along fine until it produces a direction to select a read only or install khpro1115, but i'm not given a place to select. The only thing left per screne is to select "finish".
I select finish, and and instant screen flash and nothing takes.

William, I have numbered your paragraphs above so I can refer to them.

1. I don't understand this one at all.

...?1. What do you mean by "retrive a cdg from file"?

...?2. Are you already running KHPro? If so, KHPro does not open CDG files. It opens .wav music and .txt lyrics/text files and allows you to create a CDG file.

...?3. What are you trying to retrive a file into? Again, is it KHPro? This is not a valid operation to do in KHPro. If you have KHPro installed and can open it, please click the Read Manual button at the bottom and follow the steps to produce a CDG file.


2. I'm need some further details.

...?1. What do you mean by "click to revrieve"? Please explain what you are trying to do, then what actions you are doing as step by step instructions.

...?2. What are you clicking that is giving you the message?

...?3. Where is the thing you are clicking located - on your computer hard drive, on an Internet web page, or on a CDROM disc in your computer CDROM drive?


3. Please answer the following questions.

...?1. Are you trying to install Karaoke Home Producer V1.115 on your computer?

...?2. When I say "install on your computer", I am assuming you have already downloaded the installation .exe file over the Internet (or have it on a CDROM you received from MTU), and you are now double clicking this .exe file to install it on your computer. Is this correct?

...?3. When you say "produces a direction to select" am I correct to interpret that you mean "displays instructions to select"?

...?4. I don't understand your reference to "read only or install khpro111exe"? Please give step by step what you are doing up to the point where you see a reference to "read only".


4. This implies you are installing Karaoke Home Producer V1.115, and you have failed to enter the correct unlocking codes for "Email" and "Serial Number". If you are trying to install Karaoke Home Producer V1.115, first, there is a new version 2.009 that you should be installing. Contact MTU by phone so we can determine if you get a free upgrade or need to order the $15 upgrade cost.

If you want to answer my questions here, I'll try to help you over the Forum. If not, please call MTU and ask for Bryan in Support tomorrow after 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (-7hrs GMT).

We'll try to sort this out with you.
