The standard Windows "non-editable field" is what you see. Your request is valid and appreciated. In the haste to get every feature in, sometimes we don't think of all the "user needs". However, we darn sure try to. My brain just isn't as creative as it was 20 years ago.
PROBLEM TO ADDRESS: I'll mention this to our programmer to see if there is anything we can do.
You might try the Tools menu > Set Font command. This controls your Playlist window text, but not the Song/Artist fields.
I'll be interested in your findings on changing your Windows Accessability Options.
