I just tried installing with your Email and your Code and it works no problem for me. I would uninstall the KHP 4.103 completely, by running the installation again and selecting Remove. Reboot the computer. Make sure that you are logged onto the computer with Administrative Privileges. Then Reinstall the software. Let us know if this then works correctly.
