Doug, I hope you have better luck than I. MTU has been great responding to me in the past when I first bought the complete package. Now that I have changed to a 120 gig hard drive my Microstudio and Karaoke Pro will not operate nor will they reload with the original ser. numbers. I have been trying to contact MTU for 3 weeks to no avail. No one answers the phone and my messages I left have not got a response either. Good Luck.
