It might be a good idea to read the manual under importing cdg's before you start it will save you some headaches later.
Clue: if your disks are consecutively numbered , the import them starting with disk 1 it numbers your songs like so
disk 1 song 1 = song number 101
disk 1 song 2 = song number 102
disk 2 song 3 = song number 203
disk 2 song 13 = song number 213
