Abysmal and uncaring support from MTU
Bought Hoster in 2016. Two licenses. Old Laptop died and asked to be allowed to download a replacement?????? Absolutely NO REACTION or SUPPORT for a program i paid for in good faith! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!
somebody. ALL I AM Asking for Is for MTU to delete one of my CURRENT licenses so that I can download a replacement for my new Laptop. Is the refusal to do so even LEGAL. Really p***ed off because of the number of help tickets i have sent. Does anybody on this forum recommend a Karaoke program that actually helps their own customers who should matter most?????? Think it\'s called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
