Jim, I'm not aware of your CD burner drive. However, it might use a mechanism that we support. To copy Karaoke CDG discs requires special software such as our Microstudio.

I suggest you download our free demo and try it on your drive. If that doesn't work, you will probably need to replace your CD burner to backup Karaoke CDG discs.

This is our primary business, but to try to get this special task done with just any drive, is usually not successful.
