I will try to knock up a video using my Word 2003 version, that part may not have changed much to your 2002 version, 43 pages should be simple enough. Do you want 1 or 2 columns per page ?

Don\'t put yourself out trying to help me, you\'ve already in the past been a great help to me and to others. If it\'s not too much trouble for you, I use two columns. If I go to one it will double my pages.
